REFUND POLICY

PRODUCT REFUND – EXCHANGE, REFUND, AND DAMAGED PROCESSING POLICY

Carefully read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges, damage, and refunds.

The first step is to click on Return Form under Quick Links in the Footer (bottom of page) and fill out explaining the reason for the return and to receive authorization needed before sending any item back. After we authorize eligibility, you may move forward to the policy instructions stated below on how to properly return items.

REFUND PRODUCT POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only qualified, unopened, unused items in original packaging with the original invoice will be acceptable for a refund. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund within ten days. Click on Return Form and fill out for authorization before sending an item back. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange any unopened products in the original packaging
within 30 days from the date of the order. Click on Return Form and fill out with the reason for your exchange. Once authorization is approved, follow instructions below on how to return item(s) for exchange.  

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

Report any damaged item to us within 48 hours of receiving the item to receive a replacement. Click on Return Form and fill out explaining the damage.  We will only exchange for the exact item unless it’s discontinued.  We reserve the right to determine If the damaged item(s) show signs of being misused, dropped, or physically damaged, which upon our determination to be the cause of the defect, will incur a 25% restocking fee applied.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN ITEMS PROPERLY POLICY

Items must be appropriately repackaged with all parts exactly as you received it – the box, instructions, invoice, etc. If not, it could result in refusal of your return and a loss of refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed once received, usually within 5 – 10 business days. Credit will be applied directly to the original payment method used in the purchase unless stated otherwise.
